DMCA Policy

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our Service, please notify our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;

4. Your address, telephone number, and email address;

2. Designated Copyright Agent

Note: Only DMCA notices should be sent to the Copyright Agent. Other inquiries will not receive a response.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
4. Your name, address, and telephone number;
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia;
6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not notify us within 10-14 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the removed content.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

5. Misrepresentations

Warning: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

6. Content Removal Requests (Non-DMCA)
